Amazing experience with Aria and her whole team. We had a great time given the circumstances. Excellent customer service, expert knowledge and quality care. Excellent again!!!....
My second visit involved a temporary cap and a tooth extraction.
The temporary cap was made perfect and extremely comfortable. And my following third visit Dr. Horiyat placed my permanent cap and it is flawless! I'd like to mention Dental Assistant Hassiba who helped prepare both my temporary and permanent cap she was extremely helpful and diligent in her asistance to help fit my cap perfect. I am amazed at the perfection of this cap. Thank you.  My tooth extraction, by Dr. Frangopol, was an amazing experience. The holistic approach is by far the only approach that should ever be done. The use of laser and ozone helps comfort the patient to know and understand the holistic work being done is not only treating and repairing the tooth site but is also healing, restoring and rejuvenating the whole patient.
I may sound crazy but I now love going to the dentist..my  HOLISTIC dentist.  I have now referred my sister, my best friend and my chiropractor.

Rare to meet someone who KNOWS for certain what they not only are doing but who make it an Art! Today was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and our appointment was at 10. Didn’t see the actual doctor until 11:40 and left the appointment a few minutes before 12. Almost a 2 hour wait for a 4 year olds appointment is unacceptable. It was not the first experience that I wanted for her. Won’t be back.

I deeply regret choosing Aria Dental and strongly encourage anyone considering major dental work here to get a second opinion first OR just AVOID.  I specifically chose Dr. Horiyat because she advertises a conservative, biological/holistic approach, yet I was presented with expensive crown treatment(S) without adequate discussion of alternatives or more conservative options.  After seeking outside opinions after I felt like something was off once they were recommending a 3rd crown in the matter of 2 months, I lost confidence in the office and chose to transfer my care.

I ultimately had to pay another dentist the FULL cost of treating the same tooth again. During completion of the work, my new dentist found additional decay and significant gum inflammation/material around the temporary restoration, and I have both clinical photos and written documentation of the findings. Despite months of trying to reach a fair resolution after paying Aria thousands out of pocket, my concerns were repeatedly met with defensiveness and refusal to be reasonable with a partial reimbursement for incomplete work.

Different dentists can have different clinical opinions—but the communication, lack of patient-centered care, and standard of treatment I experienced here is something I wish I had known before trusting this office with my teeth.  DO NOT USE ARIA DENTAL.
